How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent tree provider. Timefacing Tree Service is the referral step that gets you there. We do not have crews, and we do not send staff to your home. The person who looks at your tree runs their own business and sets their own price.
What Happens After You Reach Out
First, you share the basics: where the tree is, how big it is and what it is near. Next, a provider in your area follows up. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Then the provider usually looks at the tree, either in person or from photos, and gives you a written quote.
If the tree is already down or damaged, say so right away. Timing matters. A limb hanging over a roof is a different job than a healthy tree you want gone next month.
What to Ask a Provider
Ask before you sign. These questions help:
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it list?
- Does the price include cleanup, hauling and wood chips?
- Is stump grinding included, or priced on its own?
- Can you show proof of insurance?
- How will you protect the roof, lawn and fence?
- What if the job takes longer than planned?
A good answer is short, clear and specific. Be careful if someone dodges, pushes you to decide on the spot, asks for full payment upfront, or will not put the price on paper.
You Are in Control
Getting a referral does not lock you in. You can ask for more than one quote, say no, and take your time unless the tree is a danger. Compare written quotes line by line. A lower number is not always a better deal if it leaves out cleanup.
