We want every homeowner who reaches Timefacing Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your home went wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Timefacing Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@timefacing.rest and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may help too.
