Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Timefacing Tree Service wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use timefacing.rest. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To help with access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard only
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields so they are easy to understand
Gaps That May Remain
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@timefacing.rest and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@timefacing.rest and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
